Saltwaters Fish and Chips Restaurant and Takeaway in Tonbridge has been open for 6 months now. After re-locating from Belgravia, London, Mr Ismaels’s aim was to bring the highest quality fish and chips that as a family they had spent over 50 years perfecting to Tonbridge and looking at the comments on Trip Advisor, I’d say mission accomplished.
After working on ranges supplied by the same manufacturer for over 30 years, it was a big decision for Mr Ismael to change. When he saw a Florigo in the flesh at an exhibition, he knew it would be a very different style of frying going from free frying to basket frying, however installing a 4 pan island range at Saltwaters certainly isn’t a decision he regrets.
With High Efficiency pans and our built in Active Triple Filtration, Mr Ismael tells us “I am very happy with the range, it is a lot quicker than I expected”. He is also over the moon with the service he receives; “Rob is a gentleman, a man of his word. I feel like I have gained a friend who I can call up for advice at any time and get an honest opinion”.

With comments like that, we couldn’t be happier to know we have done a good job for Mr Ismael. With such a strong start, we are sure Saltwaters will go from strength to strength.
