Their culinary expertise encompasses pan frying and grilling techniques. In addition to their core product, they have expanded their menu to feature seafood and lobster dishes. After consulting with Florigo, they chose the L-Range equipment paired with Induction hobs as well as a Salamander and a Rationale. Florigo also suggested incorporating an atrium to elevate the ambiance on the upper level. Each booth is equipped with a screen and named after a colliery, showcasing its unique history.
