After consulting with Florigo, they chose the L-Range equipment paired with Induction hobs as well as a Salamander and a Rationale. Florigo also suggested incorporating an atrium to elevate the ambiance on the upper level. Each booth is equipped with a screen and named after a colliery, showcasing its unique history.
