We offer a Parts service, to all new and existing Florigo service contract customers. We can supply 99% of range spares on a next day delivery service.

We can provide new glass doors for your range, new pans, new baskets; in fact any item that you need to be manufactured to fit your range all delivered to your door direct from Florigo. To make your life easier we can even take payment for any parts ordered directly from your credit card.

Training

Just like our ranges, we offer a bespoke training service: if you’re new to the business we can offer the opportunity to put you in an existing business where you can really see a Florigo range in action. After all, after investing in a Florigo, you want to really get the best out of it and where better to learn than in a busy shop? Alternatively should you require onsite training in greater depth, we’re able to supply a trainer to give you one to one tuition within your own retail unit.

Warranty

When you purchase a Florigo Range, as standard, we offer:

  • Parts and labour (excludes: baskets, hotbox doors, glass inlay, halo lighting, filter bags, burners and light bulbs).
  • Five years manufacturers pan warranty

The Price Includes:

Delivery to site, installation (over 2 consecutive days), warranty and training.

One spare crumb filter per pan, one fish lifter, crumb filter pin and batter box. All our ranges feature easily accessible electrical distribution boxes fully labelled with a clear front enabling inspection of circuit breakers without the need for tools. All gas & electric connections made by our engineers to services supplied to within one metre. All fans & ductwork supplied and fitted by us.

Installation

After you have signed on the dotted line for your bespoke Florigo frying range, our team will arrange for a comprehensive site survey to be carried out by one of our own experienced engineers. Whilst carrying out the survey, the engineer will anticipate any issues that can be dealt with prior to install such as gas or electric supplies and thoroughly plan the installation; this will ensure that everything can go to plan as smoothly and as quickly as possible, causing you the minimum disruption and inconvenience as possible.

We will arrange the install at a time and date that is convenient for you; generally taking two days, it will be carried out by two of our highly experienced engineers to your specific requirements. Before leaving site, the range will be tested thoroughly to ensure that you are delighted with your Florigo frying range.
