Delivery & Refund Information
Orders received before 2pm will be despatched on a standard next working day delivery Monday – Friday excluding Bold Equipment and FOM330 Food Oil Monitor.
Bold Equipment and the FOM330 Food Oil Monitor are not included for next day delivery as these items are despatched directly from the supplier. A delivery date for these items will be provided once ordered or please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to check what the current lead-time is.
Weekend deliveries or specific times deliveries are available at an additional cost. Please call 01527 592 000 or email email@example.com to find out more.
If you have received an incorrect order, please report this in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days from receipt of delivery.
If you no longer require an item or have ordered in error, please report this in writing to email@example.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please note there is a 10% re-stocking fee is applied for items returned due to no longer required or ordered in error.
If an item is faulty, please report this in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days of your purchase.
If parts are damaged due to being fitted by a third party and not a Florigo Engineer, then we are unable to accept these items back for refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cost of returning the item to Florigo is at the customers cost unless the item you have received does not match your order.
