Our sales manager James went to Murgatroyds Fish & Chips last Thursday to do some training on their new frying ranges.
Murgatroyds Fish & Chips is a 250 seater fish and chip restaurant and take away. This hugely popular eatery in Leeds offers delicious food all day every day!
They’ve just had a refurbishment which included 2 new frying ranges, replacing their well-loved previous Florigo frying ranges. For the restaurant range, they have had an island range with 2 high-efficiency fish pans, 2 high-efficiency snack pans, a heated scrap box, 4 pot bain marie with halo lighting and built in active triple filtration.
For the take-away, they have had another island range with 2 high-efficiency fish pans, 2 high-efficiency round chip pans, 1 high-efficiency snack pan, heated scrap box, 2 x3 pot bain maries, with halo lighting and built in active triple filtration.
They’ve also had a heated pass and plate warmer for the restaurant installed, this has also has a 7 pot bain marie built in.
